Mod San Andreas For Xbox... Is It Possible?

hey guys, i have been playing gta san andreas for pc for a while. the main file for modding is gta3.img which is also found in the xbox version. so can i mod cars? or is there any mods out avaible for xbox version of san andreas? i have the game saved to my hd.
