Convert Gta3.img Pc To Xbox Version?

I have a fully modded gta3.img file that took me weeks to make for the pc version and i was wondering if there was an easy way to just convert the img file to xbox? kinda like running a batch. i am tring to avoid having to use the one on the xbox disk and having to copy all the models into it seperatly. is tehre an app that will do this for me? or maby a tut helping to automate the whole job? Thanks!

im not sure about converting it but i put my GTA.img file on the xbox and it gave me a DDE error (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
