Replacing "stock" Radio Stations
« on: September 28, 2005, 07:14:00 PM »

just wondering if it has been said how to replace the regular soundtracks in the game... i have a nice 150 song custom soundtrack on my user track list, but i was wondering if it were possible to replace those normal radio stations with some stuff i have been doing at work... i work at a radio station and have some nice stuff done that i would like in the game to replace the other tracks i have been listening to since i bouth this game.

tried looking for a bit and it is a bit frustrating using dial up to search for as many hours as i have, maybe i dont know where to look, who knows?  damn hurricanes keep messin my shit up, so please help... and if it has been said before i apolgize for being the dick that asks for it again, but just consider it your way of giving some hurricane relief

Alright here is what i found scelping around my GTA SA disk. Alright there is a folder called Audio and then streams. Then theres single files for each radio stations my windows just says FILE it doesnt have a extention. If you could open and play these then you would be able to write to them.

Still reserching

Wow that EDIT button disappears fast Anyways

If you just put music on your hard drive trough M$ dashboard you can access that as a radio station in GTA: SA.

Yes, but you currently can not replace stock radio stations on SA Xbox.

So no slide, you cant replace them yet, but you can go on and add them to the default custom station like Towlies said if you'd like

Im sure you will get that and some more goodies near Christmas! When everybody gets a break from school we will be pumping out the mods big time. On my site we've declined alot right now cuz of school, but like i said, once it's out for Christmas break, then you will see the ability to have new stations on xbox!
