Is there a no cops mod that stops cops from busting you, I don't want to get rid of them, I just don't want them to behave like cops.

I've edited the pedstats.dat file to make the cops rand_weak, made them fear everything and defend weakness is really high, but they still come after, the only difference is when you start shooting at them they run away but it's still annoying to have them chase you and stuff.

I've also edited the peds.ide file and changed COP to CIVMALE and ped type from EMG to GEN

it's in the main.scm, you change a value so the highest wanted level you can get is 0.

Yea that'll be great if it's not too much trouble.

I've got the PAL version of San Andreas, don't know if there's a difference between the PAL and NTSC main.scm file.

Cops will still drive around if the max wanted level is set to 0 except for that they will act like citizens. They will drive normally and if u shoot their cars they just drive away fast. If you shoot a cop on foot he does nothing except die.

I use SA Mission Builder to edit the main.scm file and set all the lines that said wanted level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 to 0, I'm not sure if I did it right because I think I was only meant to edit one line but I've edited the file and chanced everything to do with wanted level to 0 and it doesn't work, I still get a wanted level.

I tested this with my current save since I don't want to start again.

You can't test it with your current save. You don't have to delete the saves, just back them up to somewhere else.

I've got the All in one mod working on the xbox so I'm not bothered the no cops mod.

Well not sure if theres a mod for it but there is a cheat to lock your wanted level its B, RIGHT, B, RIGHT, LEFT, X, Y, UP, the cops wont come after you even if you shoot them.
