i was gunna put custom cars on my san andreas and in the tut it says Open up gta3.img (GTA SA/Models/gta3.img) with the IMG Tool do i download the gta3.img r???

In case you haven't found gta3.img, it's located in .../GTA San Andreas/models/. You then transfer it to your computer and open it with IMG Tool.
