Hot Coffee Help!

No worries mate, glad to help.

It took ages of stuffing about but I figured it out in the end.

The last hurdle is the bike school. It has the same problem doing a 360.

I'm trying all different codes to turn the hand brake off but haven't been successful yet.

If anyone out there can work out the handlingflags code to turn off the handbrake on the BF400 then please let us all know.

I've looked at the instructions at the top of the handling.cfg and I understand HEX but can't get the code to work for me (obviously I'm doing something wrong).

Anyway, back to trial and error for now.

Fellas,
No need to alter the game files to get the mod working> try downloading a program called GTACensorRemover (Forgot where I got it from). The latest version 1.5 hacks into the .xsv save file, and allows you to turn on or off the censor, so if you run into glitches, you can ftp it to the pc, turn it off, and it should work ok again. To be honest, I only run it when I reach Hot Coffee status with a girlfriend, then switch it off after ive seen the scene, cos otherwise it fucks up your gameplay.

i've been using the Censor Remover from the beginning and it hasn't messed up any gameplay at all (i'm at 80% done) except for the invisible box. never could get the trick (target a car on fire w/ Y button) to work consistently to get outta the box so i have some unwanted wasted numbers under my stats but once i could keep weapons i didn't mind much. i'm about to turn it off though since i've seen all the scenes, but it's worked very well. added some funny stuff to the game. especially those "oral pleasure" moments in cars and after a kiss. hilarious!

I did notice when using the patch in los santos that the graphics got a bit messy. Road textures and buildings werent loading up so you were driving about in a big grey area. Also the wierd Michelle part woman / part reptile glitch!
What is it with CJ and keeping his kit on whilst hes at it anyway?
Maybe hes got a third nipple, or an embarrassing birthmark.
Not that I get off on pixellated men of course...

You could just edit the main.scm file to get a gold on those missions.  That's what I did.  It's technically cheating, but I feel like the hot coffee mod was cheating me from completing a simple mission.  So I got revenge.  IF you are curious how to get past these two missions, check out the thread I created here.

I'm going to try changing the main.scm as rake suggested.

I didn't want to start mucking about with .scm files but it looks like the only way around this problem without starting the whole game again.  wink.gif

I'm over it.

I've spent that much time trying to get things to work that I've lost all interest in the game.

I've tried censor removers, main.scm file changes, handling changes whatever. I just can't get past the bike school.

SA Mission builder just gives me the same error on the 4 different hot coffee main.scm's I,ve managed to get, (yes, 2 are for pc).

The error I get is "Opcode out of range:C903h Address: 0005B98Eh"

The Censor remover just doesn't make any sense(won't do what it says it should) and trying to simply turn off the handbrake in the bf400 handling code won't work.

As I said, I'm over it.

Have fun all, I'm off to start a different game. CYA's

I managed to get a mission builder to work so I'm going to give the main.scm/script.img changes that Rake mentioned a try.

One last effort.

I'll let you know how i go.

OK, Go to the 2nd post at this forum below to download a working version of "BW's GTA SA Mission Builder" (some versions I tried kept giving me 'Opcode' errors).

http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=206244

Once I got a working version I just copied and pasted the code that Rake has generously supplied in another thread on this site into my own file.

http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=434664

Recompile and replace both the main.scm and script.img back into the game.

Too easy.

Thanks Rake, I should of listened to your advice earlier.

It does do what it says, if you experience an error then you should report it. Bear in mind that it only unlocks the removed scenes it doesn't add any hacks to the game like 'all girlfriends open' or 'always get coffee' etc.
