hey i found a new glitch, when you complete the cesar valapino (or however you say it) lowrider mission you never get the call of cesar, so ime stuck there now

i feel so dumb. i didint make a backup of the original files that stu overwrites and now im stuck not continuing the game. I havent seen an update since 0.5.5, and it doesnt fix the cell phone glitch. Reruss, wanna help me out here?
