y are you modding this game? if you dont have gta3.img, then you must not have the actual game, so y even bother modding it? its like handing you a key, that opens nothing. dont waste your time, get the game, and get the gta3.img yourself, and maybe someone will help you, its not that we are doing this on purpose, think about it, its around 700 MB, who wands to upload 700 mb to someone who should already have the file? and if its the player.img, dont even plan on making any mods, the textures are "swivled" or w/e, and are nearly impossible to mod right now, until someone makes a tool for this or something.
but you get the point dont you? you dont even have the game, you have no way of ftp, and as of right now, modding the shirts are nearly impossible to even look at on your pc...
