so the list of stuff to do to cops is...

- give them low mass
- give them low speed
- give them low acceleration
- give them low breaking power

...then the cops will suck real bad, make sure to make the cop AI shit too, and take away their guns

yes i got hit by a train and it carried me a very long distance before i got off, except i dont think it has a mass because you CANNOT move it a single inch, and i dotn think its in the handling file. The heaviest object in the game is the commerical airliner at Los Ventures Airport...it weights 60,000

and yeah, im pretty sure the train doesnt have mass either, i hit it with a 2,800,000lb car, an it just pushed me outta the way like iwas nothing   , and instead taking the traction down really low, why not just make the braking deceleration really low

Car tweaking sure is fun, i remember in vice city making an indistructable vehicle and the cars go flying in flames to the next island because it is so heavy.

I can get almost all the cars to change except for a few, has anyone else had luck with them? The Monster, The Train (brown streak), and planes. A few  have weird names that dont go with the game so you have to guess also, like the train.

Edit: it says Monster but i have the accel up to 999.0 and still nothing
