QUOTE
Similarly to the state wide open modification we reported about, Opius has made a modification which opens up the whole game at the start called San Andreas New Game Access. Here are the details:

All stats upgraded to full
Entire map opened up without restrictions
All side mission bonuses unlocked (Oysters, Horseshoes, Vigilante, etc.)
Most properties available for purchase from the start
All parked vehicles available from start
All unlockable weapons and pickups available from start, including IR goggle fix
Gang wars available from start

I saw this on gtasanandreas.net and decided to try it and it worked biggrin.gif you need to start a fresh game as your old saves wont work sad.gif you can always back it up an replace when you wanna

I used the pc script.img file and the wardrobe works...the pc script.img file seems to be the key to using the pc mods that use the main.scm file...

Edit: funny as hell theres a tank on grove street lol

I doubt we will get the garage editor on xbox as its memory based and I think it would be quite difficult to port.

this would be a great mod, but when i swicthed the xbox files to the PC files alot of things didnt work right... like if you go into wardrobe it wont let me change clothes it always puts some stupid looking hat on u no matte what u put on... and also it won let u work out in the gym everything goes black and stuff... propertys wouldnt work right either
hope these PC file mods become more xbox compatible in the future!
