To fix your black and white problems either swap to another scart socket (if you have more than one on the back of your TV) or get a better scart lead than the one that comes with the XBOX.

You need one that doesn't use the composite (Red, White & Yellow) connections, i use the scart lead with the optical out on it and it works fine.

TSR: Normal
Game Region: Auto (This is IMPORTANT, if you don't put it to auto it will not work)

to get it to work i did this

game region : north america (ntsc)
tsr : normal

i was having hella problems too. I got it working finally!!!!
tsr=DEBUG
igr=ON
region= auto

so the exact opposite of what everyone is saying. if everything isnt working for you try this out. cant hurt.

REGION:AUTO was all i needed to change, TSR: NORMAL , IGR:OFF EVOX is not even my default dash and it works.

thats real messed up...like every single post is of totaly different configurations of stuff...this sure seems to be one hell of a buggy game
