I Think The Ambulance Mission Has A Nasty Glitch
« on: June 09, 2005, 09:34:00 PM »

I don't know whether this is a glitch or what, but it is set up in my game right now where you cannot complete the Ambulance Missions. The same thing has happened all 40 times on level 7 -9 of me attempting the Ambulance missions.
I could see 1-3 times, but not every single time

What happens is that they put one or 2 people way out on the edge of the map seperate from the rest, and only give you 25 seconds to get to them...On toop of that you only get 45 seconds max when you pick them up and because of where they put them it takes longer than that to get to the hospital.

I have mastered GTA III, and VC ambilance missions, and I can drive extremely well, Those were tough especially GTA III because it hjad no map. But this isn't about being able to drive or map out your route in advance...This is about the game simply just does not give you enough time.

I have seen random tough timed Missions...But, I have never in my life ever seen  a random set up in which if a certain cycle gets started...It cannot be finished.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I assume you're talking about San Andreas, right?  Because you never said so.

If you haven't unlocked the other cities yet, drive out to montgomery and do the ambulance missions there.  There's a hospital there and far less "city" to run into.  Perhaps being in the middle of the map will make things work right for you, too.

I have to say that ambulance missions in this version were absolute cake compared to the other games, once I found that hospital in montgomery.
