What file has the information like how good you are at driving, gambling, flying, etc... because i need to edit my flying and gambling skills

Your save file does... to find offsets, change one attribute at a time then save again, then compare a backed up copy of your savefile before to the savefile after to see what changed, then change those bytes to whatever you want.  Just remember, after modifying the savefile it needs to be resigned otherwise it will be detected as corrupt.
