Beating "supply Lines"
« on: June 08, 2005, 03:39:00 PM »

has anyone here beaten the mission Supply Lines at the RC place in San Fierro because im haivng a hell of a time with it...I can only get about 3 or 4 of the guys and then im out of fuel and i lose the mission or i hit a building or something. Anybody have any tips or know of a cheat code that would help? I tried slowing down the gameplay but i still ran out of fuel. This misison is so hard and has nothign to do with the storyline...do you HAVE to do this mission or is it a side mission or something?

The newest Evox trainer has an "unlimited fuel" cheat included with it.  wink.gif

That mission pisses me off so much mad.gif  mad.gif  mad.gif  Like why put a mission in a game that is actually impossible to beat?

It isn't impossible to beat, it's just unneccesarily hard. It also makes no sense. I mean, why do you need ot bring the plane back?

Luckily all Zero's missions are optional, you don't need to do them.

Ya know... this Supply Line mission is actually easier than the PS2 Version.  On the PS2v... the fuel eats up twice as fast.  Anyways... Just start shooting the couriers from the air and try attacking them from the back. Start with the one on the Upper Left hand corner (about 11 o'clock to where you start) and just go to the next closest one.  I got lucky with the last 2 couriers since the 2 guys in the bike decided to walk after they got hit by a cop during a chase and the last guy in the van stop and try to pick up a chick after i blew his van up.   I ended up finishing the mission with more than half tank left.

For the guys on the bikes, just land in front of them and let 'em have it.

As for why you have to bring it back, because Zero even says it's a prototype.

I really cant understand what the problem is - I did it second go (crashed the first time) and I didn't really have a problem with fuel...

maybe I just got lucky?

I think the real issue on this mission is that controlling the damn RC plane is a bitch! its like why put the rudder controller on the black and white button?!?!?!? thats just plane dumb. it really makes no sense b/c you can control any plane with the analog stick only.

I dont think its the rutter control that makes it hard, its just that the RC plane is a piece of shit. I like the rutter control because it gives u better control over your plane than just a stick, but i hated Zero's mission and skipped it.
