look I have written countless readmes for guides, mods, turorials, and random other stuff. Almost all of it is pinned. I ahve a few of my things downloaded over 900 times without 1 question being asked about how to use or what to do with anything in them. Do not tell me I don't know what I'm tlaking about when it comes to writting readme's because judging from what your saying I can tell that you have no idea what the deffinitioin of a clear readme is.
I suggest you take a look at one of my guides that has over 900+ downloads and then take a look at the one that came with the mod...so you can see that this readme isn't clear.

For starters almost every single readme in existence has information that tells yu what to do with the items it came with, no the items you need to add to it
The readme that came with thsi mod is written backwards.

EDIT: Like ive said in a PM..it only mentions a movie and audio folder because thats all it needs to mention. It is talking abouit the movie and audio folders that are on YOUR GAME that DO NOT come with the mod.

That right there is exactly what I'm tlking about..You somehow have completely missed the concept of what is going on while stating the exact problem.

No one upon no one who has any modding experience will start screwing around with all this stuff unless you tell them what it contains and what your supposed to be doing with it.
What's in these folders contain everything that make the game run. And when you don't explain what to do with this stuff (Even if it looks like commen sense) Most people WILL NOT just blindly do something and taking a huge chance on what they do not know because of lack of explination.
Now I know you explained this to me so I now know what to do. But until you did that I refused to install this mod because of the reasons I stated above. SO how am I supposed to correctly install this if there is no explination onhjow to do so.
Sorry but I don't care how obvious this is or looks, I'm not going to install anything with out instal instructins.
This has nothing to do with understanding, this has to do with being smart.

Obviously it for xbox, this is an xbox website so why on earth would we post pc mods?! That mod IS FOR XBOX NOT PC! The mod comes with a readme and you're supposed to...read it. Upload the files, delete vice final cap. Done.

EDIT: Although its nothing to fancy but has awesome NAS for cars.

Ya it would be slightly better with the buildings mods though...oh well. I;m not going to edit Vice City anymore. I want to help jedi with san andreas and i'll be the host for the files. You know alot too dont ya? Like are u able to help with it...jedi told me somethin about u doing something but my memory is terrible. I'm going to set up a real nice professional looking san andreas xbox modding site too, not one of those shit geocities sites or small forums
