) so in the txd file for the San Andreas jet it has a few red x's on some of the stuff when i do a dff check so how can i fix those red x's?

Or if anybody else has a working mod for the skimmer that is a jet or something fast that looks cool, give me that and ill use it instead

OK last resort:
I'm going to try changing all the icons to jpg instaed of bitmp and try to cut them down that way and then re-saving them to bitmp again.

But other than that it's as I said already: There is no hope for this on the x-box unless you get SA for the xm-xbox when it comes out on june 7th.

Are u sure about the reason this doesnt work? if u open the skimmer.txd file and do a dff check it shows some red x's, but the red x's arent even on the colored pics, they are on the pics that look like lines...do you get what im saying? its a little hard to explain but i dont think what u said is the right reason it doesnt work..i bet somebody here will solve it soon

I'm just going by what people have said in the past.
If the polygons in a mod are to high it won't work.
