I got an error message when I opened up the
Batmobile.txd in the txd tool
But I ignored that and went about compressing the txd files as normal, saved it and then added it to the IMG file
WHAT I MYSELF CHANGED:

In the batmoblie mod:
I changed the word stinger in both files to infernus
I changed the capital letters to lowercase letters so instead of it saying INFERNUS.TXD or infernus.TXD it just says: infernus.txd
I added the .dff file in the IMG file first, and then added the .txd file second

Nothing was changed in the Interceptor MOD.
