Ok to clarify somethings with this.

Both GTA and GTA VC have a random draw effect (That's what I call it).
That's why you will sometime's see different vehicles in the same exact spot.
However this is not the case with placed vehicles such as the police car at the station and the firetruck.

The vehicles you see in the same spot everytime you go there WILL change if the mod you use changes that particular vehicle. But as for trying to see if a cheetah has been changed is kind of weird. Since cheetah's don't spawn in one place constantly you will have to find one driving around. So that's the reason you probably didn't see the cheetah in the same place you saw it last time. And since your going after a randomly drawn vehicle, the game has to not only draw the original vehicle but it now has to change what it's drawing so that could be causing the lag. As for the vehicle not showing up, did you change the name of the vehicle or edit the default.ide? I'm just throwing out suggestions here.

And finallym depending on how many polygons a mod uses in it's txd file, depends on how much overall lag the game will have. Remember these are computer mds you are tying to use on a non computer system. So lag and non working mods are all part of this. This is what's called trail and error.

i also know thjat the x-box has about 64MB of ram (Unless you pay for an upgrade) But if any mod or combination of mods use 64MB of RAM or more, then the mod either won't work properly, or won't work at all.

I hope this clears up some question for you.
