So San Andreas is coming to the XBOX on June 7 (I think).

Are you considering modding this one? We could start a team, and mod it from its beggining, following PC Mods... what you think?

Well I'm going to hack it the same way I did GTA III

BTW if anyone is interested in my GTA III hack, PM me with your E or Gmail address
and I'll send them to you.

Here is what you get:
EFFECTS
It never gets dark, Cloudy, or foggy anymore
You can not get car jacked (Except if you steal a gang vehicle while others are around)
No one bothers you (Shoots at you, runs after you...ETC...ETC...)
Every Vehicle has one color
Pink and Blue Ice (Aquamarine) are now Car colors
Every vehicle has been equalized in frequency (Meaning you will not see a bunch of taxis anymore)
You are super strong (Whether standing, or running, throw a punch, and you will see what I mean)
The Police Helicopter will not show up anymore
All sports cars (Stinger, Banshee, Cheetah, Infernus) can take more damage
The speed and brakes on all sports cars have been upgraded
The Pistol, Uzi, AK47, M-16, do not do any damage
The Sniper Rifle will blow up any vehicle (Except the tank)
The Rocket Launcher shoots rapidly

This is one game I will be modding a S#!T load...New vehicles and new cities.Yeah it is possible just need a beta of the game to start work. Or just some files to look at.Anyways This will be my ONLY priority. I will make a site and some others can help me with that. I have a server with unlimited space so If you want to help in any way. ex. Help with the site and or modding. [email protected]
I am about to start college soon. Game design and development so yeah I can help out alot.

This is going to be great. The first thing I might do is put Vice City And Liberty City in SA some where. In fact I will put them out to sea pretty far so you will need to fly there. I wonder if it would be possible to edit the flight path of the airport plane to take you to each city. Man can't wait.

To answer your question the answer is yes.
If it's in the game, then it can be altered. You just need to know how to do it and what you need to do it. Then your home free.
Buit the pain in the ass is the how do you do it part.

Not to great at making a website cause I don't know the ins and outs too well but I will be glad to help In any way I can. Just when you get done or come up with a draft then just pass it to me and I will tweek and turn it a bit and we will see what we get. And after we get to a point where we like it then it will be put on my server for all to see. BTW are we gonna make or need a small forums page???

There is really not much we can do right now except the site. Cause we don't know if the file structure is going to be the same. (PC is wide open I heard) But xbox hmm we will see.

of course it will get modded itll have same file structure as other gta games which makes it a whole lot easier as you can just download vice city vehicles and replace them
for whatever u wish itll also have better framerate on xbox
