New Billboards In Vice City

Has anyone successfully replaced the billboards or signs in vice city? I know there is a sexy billboard one but before I try it I wanted to know if anyone else has replaced it.

I replaced a lot of the billboards around vice city, mainly at the airport. I did this a while back so I can't really remember the details, but I do remember having to edit two of the txd files, one for when the billboard is up close, and one for when the billboard is off in the distance. I think you just have to find the right txd files to edit.

I used the Hot Billboards one, although the same procedure applies to the sexy billboards too. Basically, ur just converting those txds to the proper xbox format, then replace the existing ones in the img file. It's been a while since I did this so if there was more to it, I'd have to go back and try it again.

Thanks for this, I just converted everything to vcxbox format and now I just have to wait to get my xbox back to put everything into the img file.

thats not very specific.  If you mean just general modification, then I guess just import new images in place of old ones in a txd editor
