Gta Vice City Pal Trainer

I've looked everywhere for a Pal trainer but can't find one. I found a NTSC one, but the game wouldn't launch. Doesn't anyone know if it even exists??? If  it doesn't could i ask some one a huge favour, to make one similar to the NTSC one. That would be awesome.

The NTSC GTA Trainer works with the PAL Vers.
Same with the EvoX Trainer's that freeze the time.

*EDIT*
Just make sure you delete the cap file thingy, cant remember its actual name, then it won't freeze
