Step Six:
Decide on the car you would like to replace. If, for example, you want to replace the virgo, then rename your newcar.dff and newcar.txd to virgo.dff and virgo.txd
Step Seven:
Using FlashFXP, Ftp into your xbox, and go to f/games/GTAVice/models/
Download gta3.img and gta3.dir into a folder on your PC. make sure they stay in the same folder together! also, make a second copy as backup of these original files in a seperate folder to save just in case you need to go back to an unmodded state.

Step Eight:
Open gta3.img with IMG tool. Under the Edit menu, click find and type the car you wanted to replace (like earlier, im using virgo).

The txd you searched for will be selected. Hit delete under the Commands menu.

The next item down should be the corrosponding dff. Make sure it is selected, and choose delete again.
Step Nine:
Under Commands, select add. Add your txd, then add your dff.

The two items will show up at the bottom of the list. Under Commands, click Rebuild Archive and wait. I've heard this can take up to seven minutes, but on my P3 733 it takes less than three...
Step Ten:
Once the archive is done rebuilding, ftp back into your xbox. Under the same directory as before (F/games/GTAVice/models/) delete gta3.img and gta3.dir. FTP over your new, modified gta3.img and gta3.dir
Step Eleven:
This is the most important step...the file GTA_VC.CAP.Final, found in the root folder (F/games/GTAVice/), right next to the default.xbe.

Step Twelve:
Blaze up and go play GTA with your new cars!
