Are There Any Real Mods?

I was looking around, but i dont seem to see any real working mods for vice city. Are there any mods that you can use like halo (PPF i think...)?

It depends what you mean by real mods. There are plenty of mods for the pc version of vc, that can be easily converted to the box. Have a look over at ninjahacker.net, and gtaforums.com, there are plenty of mods and guidance there. There are no PPFs, because there are many files that are modded, not just one.
