How can I make my cars/bikes/boat/helis/planes faster?

edit the relevant values in handeling.cfg
then delete the cap_final or whatever the file is called in the same directory as the default.xbe

i edited my cheeta and it can now basically jump from the airport to my mansion on the middle island in vc =/ was massive overkill
