all the pc versions i have downloaded will not work replacing the main.scm causes the game to hang just before its done loading.  i cant edit the scm file, because i no longer have the games for pc and all the frickin' tools i need bug me about the locations of the games, when they could simply just load that file(like car stat editor 3 just wants the handling.cfg).  anyways i would really appreciate it if someone could post up a speedometer for gta3, and i guess vice city as well(im holding out on vc until LC gets finished, booya) . So if anyone with the knowhow and the desire to help us newbs could do this i would greatly appreciate it.
