Gta 3 Weapon Alterations

Anyone else had any luck altering the weapon data? Ive been tweaking my shotgun, fires multiple rounds and can be aimed with one arm. What I am trying to accomplish is having a rocket launcher that fires multiple shots, and that can be aimed/fired like the handgun or uzi. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
