well its been a while....
I've got a couple of car mods running and have noticed a similar loading problem when messing with files in the data folder.  On one of the earlier post it claims this package has improved handling ect.  maybe this could be the cause?

i haven't got a chance yet but I'll try to work on it tomorrow.  I'll let you know if I find any thing new out.

Ps: Dont try to erase or add more than two files at a time, because IMG TOOL could make a bugged(corrupt) file at the end. Only add .dff, .txd and the file bikeh.ifp, the other files (text and bmp) are there to help you.

This can(maybe?) be a factor to the freezing at the loading screen, Since the xbox is trying to load the corrupt img file.

EDIT: Easy Fix:

1. Make a folder called AddToIMG in the folder \auto-instal-for-img\X10\extreme\

2. Put all the files that are in \extreme\ in the AddToIMG folder

Pas de problemes elrayzeur, je vais allez acheter chercher une nouvelle copie de vc et voir si sa fonctionne car sa gele encore vers 70%.

Je crois que cest pcq j'ai trop modifié de fichier(en ajoutant des voitures)(le jeu était rendu instablle, il plantait parfois lorsque je me promenai en ville).

J'ai lu ton poste sur gueux . C'etait un peu plus claire lol.


On the geux forum elrayzeur has posted   that you need to start from a fresh install (this is the reason why it freezes at 70%).

Thats means you need to get the non modified files from the dvd.

Ill  try that tomorrow (I lent my gta since it was backed up to my hd).

If thats not the case, il try changing my language setting to french in my xbox to see if it works (I dont have the original dashboard so Il try and find my slayers cd).

Transfert gta vc xbox on your pc.

Put gta-vc.exe in gtaxbox folder.

Delete GTA_VC.CAP.Final

go in auto-all and run BWInstaller, in left window locate your gtaxbox folder
and press ok.

Now go in auto-instal-for-img and run BWInstaller, in left window locate your gtaxbox folder
and press ok.


Transfert gta on your xbox.

Ive been having lots of trouble installing this pack, but now with the new pack everything works perfect even the map!


Btw: This is an awesome mod!!!! I love the Yamaha Raptor, but I cant find the sea-doo lol.
