Upgraded Dodo For Gta3

i was lookin around for some good tutorials on flying the dodo and i spotted one and learned how to fly it "lol my record was 45 secs" but isnt there a way to modify the game so the dodo gets up faster. and if there is would it even improve it flying? all i can do is fly it and hope it will stay in the air :S
