As a noob when it comes to GTA modding on the xbox I was wondering if there is a file I could edit to change the vehicle names to their real life equivalent? And if there is would I be able to download the edited file from somewhere to save me the trouble?

Yeah you can alter the names.
Look for the american.gxt file it is in the text directory in the vc root.
Then download a gxt editor from any gta site. I found one that would not decode the xbox vbersion. but I found another that does.
It is a pretty easy program I bet you got it from here.

yeah its really simple....find and download a utility called gtatexter, after you change any text though remember to delete the gta.vicecap.final file or whetever the hell its called in the root dir of the game

....Not sure everyone is 100% accurate.

However I personally think it looks a lot better seeing lamborghini countach on the screen when u get in the infernus instead of"infernus" when it looks and feel like a lambo.
