Help Using Mission Builder With Xbox Gtavc

I modded my xbox not too long ago and now have gtavc on the hard drive, and I'm wanting to use mission builder .22 or 1.3 with it. I've copied the whole game folder over to my computer (for backup and this...), and I still can't get mission builder to okay the directory. I figured it was because there was no gtavc.exe in the root of the directory so I tried changing default.xbe to that and still no luck. Can anyone give a lead on how to get the mission builder to okay the directory (cause I definitely don't have the money to go buy the PC version). Thanks for any help in advance.
