When I Delete Gta_vc.cap.final, The Game Crashes

I was getting the same thing,  i just backup the game again and it was working after.

you could also try to

reset the xbox dash clock
turn in game reset off
turn TSR in evox off (the thing for the trainer)
turn all your trainer off
