There are Two ways you can do this!

1) Get yourself a Modchip and a PC FTP Client! Then FTP your Filez!
The only way to do it!

2) Get yourself an Action Replay! (USB Keychain Memstick thingy),
but, that'll only be good for Game Save Hacks! So I don't think it
really can count as a second option...
