Running Fritzbot's On Xbox Castle Wolf

Since the xbox version of RTCW(return to castle wolfenstien) is build from the PC version, I was able to run console commands by editing the wolfconfig_mp file and want to know is if there is any way to run the Fritzbot Mod found here. It seems possible since the xbox version has the same file structure as the PC but i do not know where to start.  Reason i want to do this is because i want to play the multiplayer and do not have xbox live. I know this is an old game and any suggestions/comments would help.
