I personally can't stop playing DEFJAM FFNY (IMG:style_emoticons/default/love.gif) , and because there is no update news
abut DEFJAM 3, i decide to try something new.
yessss (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)  i hacked the default.xbe for this game,so ican change my game save.
i wrote a Tutorial how to hack Default.Xbe on your DEFJAM FFNY game,
 to allow hacked game saves to load,
 and how to change your player style in yor save game.
 but there is more works to do.
so if someone still playing this game,or interesting , please reply

HOW IT'S WORK:

You will need :

  -Xbox w/ DEFJAM FFNY saved on the HD.
  -FlashFXP or any type of FTP prog on your PC.
  -HEX WORKSHOP or any type of Hex editor prog on your PC.

HACK DEFAULT.XBE :

1- FTP your Default.Xbe from XBOX to your PC :
      open Drive E:
      open Games/DJFFNY
      transfer Default.Xbe to your PC
      "make a copy of Default.Xbe for editing"
      (make sure to save your original Default.Xbe
      in a save plase as a back up.)

2- open the Default.Xbe with HEX WORKSHOP
    "make sure Hex is on instead of Dec."

3- Replace the value of 0x00188212 from "75" to "EB"
      Replace the value of 0x001888D5 from "75" to "EB"
      Replace the value of 0x001891B2 from "75" to "EB"
      Replace the value of 0x0018930C from "75" to "EB"
      then save your work.

4- FTP your Default.Xbe from you PC to XBOX
     (IN THE SAME DIRECTORY E/Games/DJFFNY/)

NOW YOU HAVE A HACKED DEFAULT.XBE

You don't need to create a new player to try every style,
just change your player style in yor save game.

HOW IT'S WORK:

## CREATE NEW PLAYER

1- FTP your save game (for the new player) from XBOX to your PC :
   open Drive E:
   open UDATA
   transfer file NO:45410049 to your PC
   (you will find your save game in this file)

2- open your save game with HEX WORKSHOP.

3- Replace the value of 0x000001C3
 
   for example MARTIALARTS,KICKBOXING = 88
   then save your work.

4- FTP your save game from you PC to XBOX
   (IN THE SAME DIRECTORY E/UDATA/45410049/).

OLD PLAYER:

   if you try to load a save game created before you
   hacked the DEFAULT.XBE you will get Hard Disk Message:
   Unable to load( fighter name ) "Damaged game"

   so what to do

1- FTP your old save game from XBOX to your PC :
   open Drive E:
   open UDATA
   transfer file NO:45410049 to your PC
   (you will find your save game in this file)

2- open your save game with HEX WORKSHOP
   (make sure to save your original save game
    in a save plase as a back up.)

3- Replace all the values from 0x00000016 to 0x0000004B
   (make them equal to "00")

4- FTP your save game from you PC to XBOX
   (IN THE SAME DIRECTORY E/UDATA/45410049/)

Your done, enjoy! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
