Do you mean trainers (like AR codes) or
Modding games (changing cars in GTA and such)
if so you have to specify which game you are looking to Mod as they use different tools sometimes.

Halo 2, Splinter cell chaostheory, and Conker live and reloaded.
Like editing maps or makeing them and cheats like super speed or shoot warhogs in halo or walking through walls in splinter cell.
