Ultimate Spiderman Skinning?

I'm wanting to work on some skins for ultimate spiderman but i haven't a clue on how to open the .pak files that contain the data I need.

PakScape wont read it, winrar wont either..any ideas?

try bosspak? or ninjatoolbox? assumign you can find those that is  :P
