If you don't want to pay, and you have a modded xbox, you can go to www.psxsports.com. They have it in a free downloads section. Extract it to a folder and
1) Burn a DVD or
2) FTP it

I experimented with the DVD way while my router was unavailable and it worked the first time. I searched the UDATA directory on my modded xbox for about 30 mins to no avail . . . . but when I burned the files from psxsports.com the folder ID was put onto the CD in the form of a folder. Sure enough there was and identical # in my UDATA folder and I simply copied the file contents and loaded up NCAA Football 2006.

Here is how you know it worked: when the game loads, it loads your save files, then it says "Loading 1A Roster file". Hope this helps.

Does anyone know why that when I load the rosters for NCAA 2006 madness that the game freezes at the matchup/loading screen?
