hey guys,
doing some work for ICT and one of the questions is:

(i) Explain how the following operate and how they benefit drivers.
• Electronic parking aids
• Rain sensors
• Keyless ignition
• Digital climate control

Can someone help me with 1 and 4? I've googled but found nothing explaining what they are or how they help drivers.

Sure.

Parking aids help (usually old) people to park their car and not damage their car by hitting another car or helps them know if someone or something is behind them. There is usally a audible sensor and/or a led sensor that lets them know if something is behind /in front of them.

This is what we (at the aftermarket shop I work at use)

Digital Climate controls help the driver by not having to take their eyes off the road and a hand of the steering wheel to adjust air/heating. You can set it at a specific temperatur and if the temperature gets above or below that preset, the system adjust the cool/heated air.
