i read the rules and im not posting any files or code or anything so i think it is ok. if not i am very sorry.

i got the devils adovacate file off of xbins, it has a patch.datadvd.ppf and a patch.default.ppf file. i am unsure how to use this i was wondering if somebody could help me out

this pretty much means that the game has to be on the hard drive right. how much space does it take up because i have only 3gb on my hard drive it is stock.

it takes up like 5 gigs..there was a guide that tells you which file syou can remove (all movei files) to get the game down to like2 gigs...(I think brienj released it maybe?)

Anyway, it doesnt have to be on the HD, jsut put the patched files on a DVD and your all set

wait your trying to patch DOAX with the "you know what" patch right.

haha, thats freaking easy... but burning it to a dvd, or cutting back files is for adavanced users.. and i don't know, nor am going to write a tut for it. basically if you wanted, you can burn doax to a dvd, make a xbe switcher so you can toggle "u know what" and cheats like inf money, and all cos. plus well theres a long list of thing you'll be able to mod on doax. like videos and music. but thats getting ahead of myself. hey heres the tut that a friend of mine wrote. hope this helps

so like yah to sum that all up any problems your having its the the fact that you do not have the USA-NTSC. other then that its just human error. which shouoldn't be a proble cause its full proof. patch 2 files smaller one first. then ftp back/replace. DONE

the type of patch yardguy is refering to is the venus swim suit patch. basically it makes the final suit invisable, hence what he's talking about. but keep in mind that if you want to go out of this parallel PPF way of thinking, you could possible make any suit you wanted invisable, or even change its name in game.

yep... thats the best option imo... so you only have 1 suit thats naked and all the rest remain.. so you dont HAVE to have nudy volleyball all the time
oh and you can do this to ne suit not necesarily the venus

this game is very fun to mod for a while...ut like everything thing else it gets boring.
For some very odd reason this outlawed game has become "teh standard" for game moding.

I see so many posts "DOA patch", "DOA nude", "DOA girls"

its over guys...its like...you have a 40 year old guy on mushrooms in your basment watching fnatasia...eventually its like dude, its over.

But if some how this game becomes legal...i would ahve a section up at my site in a second :lol:
