X-men Legends
« on: August 18, 2005, 04:52:00 AM »

Anybody manage to do any modding with X-Men Legends? I have been able to unlock a 4-player multiplayer through the entire game (even at mansion), and unlock any character, whenever I want. I can swap out any skills, make them better, swap characters pics (but only in-game ones, I don't understand their .fb/.igb files yet), swap animations with other ones already in-game, and make some non-playable characters, playable (such as Prof. X). I'm looking for anything other than this, or even if you can expand on any of this. Thought the game was pretty cool, maybe someone can figure out their other archives .fb/.igb files and figure out how to inject their own models/maps. Would love to screw around with this if anybody knows about it.

It was basically taking the .zip file in the game and swapping file names. The player limit things is in all the XML files (they're in the zip file). Wish people liked the game...

You probably zipped it wrong. Refer to some other threads on how x-men legends zips their files.
