Hex Editor On Nfs Underground 2

I'm looking to use hex editor for unlocking a few parts on nfsu 2 i was curious what parts u can unlock like assign a unique to any car and adjust tuneing through hex editor. i'm using the newest editor 010 , any info appericiated
