Halo 2 / Counter-strike No Hacking/modding/cheating

Counter Strike.. like Halo 2 previously.. is now not allowed to be discussed.. hacks/mods/cheats etc.  Blame unrealmack and his cronies for contstantly linking to and posting pirate files.. and being full of shit.
