Wolfenstein Will Not Load First Level

Return to Castle Wolfenstein, get to create a profile, click the level of difficulty, watch the intro movie, but it wont load, freezes on the loading page.

Do I need to patch or find a patch for the XBE? (if I can patch it, how do i go about doing so).
