Ninja Gaiden Editor

it doesnt work. i turn on tsr, turn on ninja gaiden from hdd, start a new game, then i go to my pc and click on the ninja gaiden editor which is saved to the desktop, nothing happens. ive even found that there is no files in it. any help?!
