Hacking Fight Night 2? (non-music Hacks)

I was wondering if it was possible to hack the CPU-only characters in career mode and change their names, appearance, and AI tendancies. I hate fighting against Jorge Jiminez and other random CPU fighters. It would be tight if you could replace them with "real" boxers, it'd make things more interesting.

hacking the music to put your own in there would be great, but Im really interested if changing the cpu characters is possible
