Burnout 3 Savegame

Hi,

i own the German version of Burnout 3: Takedown (PAL). I almoust finished the game (96%) and can't finish the rest (unlock other cars by making special takedowns, and takedown trophys), so I donwloaded a 100% savegame from xbox-saves.com. How can I resign this savegame so i can use it, without using EvoX trainer or a xbe patch?
