So, I just got home with my brand new copy of The Punisher, and now I spend the rest of my evening looking for the little nook that makes it play like it did at E3... anyone else up for the task? I wish I knew where to look.

The demo of the PC version had the switch stuck in the exe file... I wonder if it's in the xbe, then. :-D

well, i DID find it, i just dont know what to edit..

this was in the default.xbe , which i found with the hex editor

its just i have no idea how to edit hex's, so if anyone DOES know, please fix it!.

btw, not only did the hack for the pc version take the blur away, but it alwso added NEW kills (ie, quick kills)

its SOOO easy from here, i bet someone with experience in hex editing can do this easily. i, for one, have no clue how ...

Hey, Sniper... I found that value, too... I also found a value, can't remember what it was, called "+ESRB_bonus" ... oddly enough, if you blank that out, you cannot get to the "Press Start" screen. I also tried blanking out the entirety of the toggle switch you mentioned "Env_kill[etc etc]"... and still, the action occurred. I'm more than willing to try whatever is given. Let's keep trying.

i cant get it to work!!
i opened up default.xbe using a hex editor (ultraedit) and i cant find the line 0x38BD48 anywhere!!

help!
