So after putting up with little things going wrong with my Ranger (Passanger door & window is out of whack, Rear window leaks, air bag light on dash stays on.) I decieded to take it to my local Ford delearship, and get it repaired under warranty. I took it in at 7:30 on Wensday morning, the day we had scheduled to bring it in. Later that day, I got a call that the rear window would need to be replaced, and it wasn't covered by warranty.

So I said, "Whatever, just fix it." and went on asking them about the other things, which they then said, our tech that covers those details isn't here today... I shruged it off, somewhat irritated now. The next day, they called at 4:30 PM, saying that the tech still isn't in, but they did repair the rear window. By now, I'm pissed, considering that my car was suppose to be done by the afternoon of the first day, and now they're telling me, that it'll be done on friday, maybe moday! It gets worse tho. I'm talking to her on the phone, and I question (very politly

) why they could get the rear window repaired, noteing that it wasn't covered by warranty and I would be paying for it, but the other window is unable to be repaired at the time. She begins talking around in circles, bullshitting me constantly. So after getting off work at 5:00, I took a ride up there(hitched a ride rather, this whole time, I've been having to bum rides everywhere I go). After a "nice" talk to the manager, they agree to give us a rental car to drive. My dad agrees (I'm under 21, so I can't have a rental car in my name, or drive one by myself for that matter.), and they say that they can get us a tarus. I said sure, but than some woman beside us begins complaining about the van that the dealership tried giving her as a rental, saying that she wasn't used to cars that big. The rental car woman then asks my dad if a van would be alright, and they would give the tarus to the other woman. My dad agrees, and I figured I'd be driving my dad's '04 F-150, since I'm to young to drive rentals, I was wrong. So now, I'm stuck with a soccer-mom mobile, an '03 Freestar...
