play burnout 3 on your target xbox and save once
then you will be able to copy the gamesave

i don't know if this has always been so, but the recent ms dashboard version doesn't allow copying a gamesave from a game that has not been saved on that box before

I was looking for a similar solution to DOAXBV. It has the same issue. I have a lot of time involved in the game and would really hate to start all over. I am going to search the forums for this game and see what I come up with. I just happened upon this one first.

Ok, somewhat extensive search unsuccessful. I even checked ninjahacker.net and came up empty. I would love to know if anyone has found a way to do this. I think Action Replay is going to play a part and maybe xbox-saves.com but I am having trouble figuring out how to use them.

Newc's process seemed to work ok but when I went to play the game on my unmodded Xbox it came up as a damaged game. Did I do something wrong or miss something?

When I FTP into my xbox, where do I go to find the saved games? Is it a specific folder/file?

Burnout 2 saves are apparently signed to your xbox's eeprom. And apparently no one knows how to resign it.
