Does anyone know of a way to possible hack the selection of golf clubs in Tiger Woods so that I can create my actual set?

Like, I have a set of Titleist 690.CB clubs I would like to put in the game and if anyone could give me some info on the file formats.....I think it would be cool to be able to add personal sets of clusb into the game by hacking ones we would never use.  Lemme know!
